Zeehaus, based in San Francisco, is a real estate equity sharing marketplace and ownership management platform. Its patented technology offers a one-stop platform to connect buyers with investors who will digitally purchase fractional ownership. The entire process from buying, closing, investor payout, and property expense to fractional selling is automated. Investor equity shares are recorded legally on a unique Statutory Trust per property, while proof of ownership is recorded on its Hyperledger blockchain.
