Yockenthwaite makes nutritious granolas, made from whole grains, nuts, and seeds, and baked into crunchy clusters with honey. There are four different varieties, two with nuts, one plain, and one with ginger. Sweet varieties are sweetened with raw honey and nutty varieties with a trace of un-refined light muscovado sugar.
