DomaCom is an Australian based mutual fund that creates sub-funds for each and every asset acquired. Investors can choose the assets they are interested in and start a crowdfunding campaign on line. We offer a secondary market with buy/sell orders and market depth for buyers and sellers to make bids and offers for any sub-fund. We only acquire property based assets in residential, commercial and thematic, socially responsible (impact) investments such as agriculture, affordable housing, renewabl... e energy , local and social infrastructure. We will soon operate a seniors equity release based on equity rather than the debt model of reverse mortgages, and will soon launch a fractionalised corporate bond model and a peer to peer mortgage fund.
