TheClubDeal is an investment holding and fund manager co-investing into SME’s and real estate projects. It provides facilitation of governance between non-executive shareholders and entrepreneurs. Its governance structure, including its charter of avoidance of conflict of interests, is therefore paramount to the adequate management of the Company. We add value by processing strong applied governance principles, when selecting and managing our investments, and by gathering the necessary skills to successfully grow the businesses and real-estate projects we co-invest in.
