THE LONDON JAM FACTORY

Created early this year by Pierre­-Louis Phelipot, a French native­born passionate about cooking,and former Managing Director of a big company, The London Jam Factory is based in Highbury-London, and produces Jams and Preserves with half of the amount of sugar that other jams contain and with very interesting twist. Pierre-­Louis has created 5 different collections (spring, summer, autumn, winter and classic), with numerous limited editions being the reflection of its creativity. Their jams are traditionally made in a copper pan, without any preservative or any gelling agent. They act with uncompromising honesty and integrity in everything they do.
