We are building a mobile-first platform, that enables consumers to have a unified customer service experience across all of the companies from whom they purchase goods or services (what we are calling “Vendor Hub”). Our technology enables a contextual environment that predicts the needs of customers and provides a frictionless experience across the buyer journey—from product discovery to customer service.
