TECHNOLOGY ALLIANCE GROUP NW (TAG)

TAG was formed in 1999 as the Bellingham/Whatcom Technology Alliance Group (TAG) to address the needs of a growing technology industry in Whatcom County. As the industry has evolved and our membership has grown, our mission is to educate, inspire and help Northwest Washington area tech businesses and professionals to thrive. TAG has four key areas of focus: connecting and building the local tech community, advocating for policies and laws locally that strengthen and support high tech companies and their ability to do business, ensuring we have a well-trained and skilled talent base for companies to draw on for employees, and by supporting improved infrastructure, access to business support services, and University and industry partnerships.
