Our Company was incorporated as 'SSPN FINANCE LIMITED' as a limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated 04-01-2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. Our Company was initially engaged in the business of Finance, Advisory and Consulting.
