SPM HOLDINGS TRUST

SPM Holdings LLC is the holding company for the SPM group of businesses, owned by SPM Holdings Trust, which was established in April 2008 by Elverta Mae Kapp for the benefit of four generations of descendants, with the investments in new ventures to be made at the direction of her grandchild, Mark Stiffler, who served as Investment Trustee from 2008 to 2014. The trust was originally known as "Elverta Trust" before being renamed "SPM Holdings Trust".
