Sparse Track: This product was started to ensure that hyperlocal delivery companies are able to deliver in lowest possible time and with lowest possible cost. Besides saving cost for the provider, the solution increases the customer satisfaction and delight. The technology is simple and highly scalable in nature and can be integrated with almost any PoS or any Order Management System. This solution brings real-time tracking with more transparency for the customer and merchants, while the order is being delivered. The solution was being used by restaurants and other hyperlocal delivery companies in and around Gurgaon to deliver orders. This logistics tech product has been acquired by Zomato in Sep 2016 at an undisclosed sum.
