Silent Edge’s competency frameworks have been used to objectively identify the skills gaps of tens of thousands of individuals and produced extraordinary results. Silent Edge continues to evolve and innovate. We have expanded our reach to now include evidence-based measurement and evaluation for any role that can be observed outside of sales.
