Scarab Consulting started in San Antonio, TX in 2000 with an emphasis on legal technology services. In 2008 Scarab acquired RLS Legal Solutions, LLC, LIT Group, Inc. from Priest River Group, along with DigIT Technologies, and World Document Solutions which rapidly expanded Scarab into 20,000 SF of space in midtown Manhattan, NY along with multiple strategic locations throughout Texas. Over the course of acquiring and expanding, Scarab raised private equity and debt financing in excess of $20 Million.
