RosCan is a Canadian-based gold exploration company focused in West Africa. RosCan's initial prospective gold exploration property is the Dormaa Property in Ghana, a joint venture with Pelangio Exploration Inc. The Company’s shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, trading under the symbol TSX.V:ROS. On November 7, 2016, the Company entered into an Option and Joint Venture Agreement with Pelangio Exploration Inc., in which it acquired the right to earn a 50% interest in a gold exploration project in Ghana, West Africa, known as the Dormaa Project.
