PROXIMUSDA GMBH

ProximusDA is a spin-out of the Yerevan / Armenia based company Instigate CJSC. Instigate CJSC is a SW/Design services company with deep expertise and experience in hardware and software development. Initially for internal use only, Instigate had developed the development tool suite “Proximus” to support highly complex SoC development projects. The large success of this internal tool and the recognition that this tool can evolve to much larger industry impact led to the idea of spinning the Proximus tool out of Instigate as an independent product company. This spin-out was decided in July 2008 and VC funded by mic-AG, a Munich/Germany based early stage investment fund.
