Positive Life Choices provides care and support services to older people, people with physical disabilities, sensory impairment or dementia, people with mental health needs, adults with learning disabilities, and people within the autistic spectrum. It offers personal care and support services; practical care and support services; companionship services, such as providing companionship and conversation, assisting with hobbies, support with leisure activities, assistance with social life, support with traveling, support making appointments, and assistance to identify activities and leisure opportunities.
