Most of these projects were born of outbound projects of Pernambuco universities. Situated in the Santo Amaro neighborhood and on the island that gave birth to the city of Recife, Porto Digital also has the mission of promoting the revitalization of this historic site which was one of the major trading centers of colonial Brazil.
