Pop Eye provides a classified ad consultation service in a mobile application that is targeted at individuals and, eventually, small and medium businesses. A technological platform enables individuals (the "applicants") to connect with independent service providers (the "advertisers"), who then promote their personal services via one or more 30-second videos produced by the service providers themselves.
