Plus One is now an Optum company, known internally as Optum On-Site Services. On-Site Services ignites employee activation in health ownership and drives engagement in health and wellness programs. Because their services are located at the employer’s worksite, their local presence positions us to build trusting relationships, nurture emotional commitments and discover employee aspirations; and their on-site staff are the educators for these health and wellness programs. Their services cater to populations within corporate, government, and education, and their on-site capabilities include fitness, clinics, nutrition, ergonomics, coaching, and health promotion.
