The Company operates through two segments: Electronics and Specialty structures. The Company's Electronics segment is engaged in the design, development, manufacture, marketing and support of electronic products. The Company's Specialty Structures segment is engaged in the design, development, manufacture, marketing and support of specialty structures products. The Electronics segment includes the Hypernetics business, the free space optics business and Summit Aerospace USA Inc. (Summit) business. The Specialty Structures segment includes the Triodetic business, Arnprior Fire Trucks Corp., Spotton Corporation and the Madawaska Doors business.
