NOWA Technology develops a solvent extraction process that converts the entire mass of municipal wastewater sludge into useful products. Its process eliminates the environmental risks associated with all current methods of sludge disposal and operates at a lower cost than current alternatives. The Nowa process has also been successfully applied to remediation of contaminated oilfield soil, refinery sludge, and drill cuttings.
