It was initiated by Mr. Bill Gates, President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Dr. Muhammad Ali Pate, Mr. Jim Ovia, Mr. Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, and Mrs. Sola David Borha.
