Use cases include applying CPT and ICD-10 codes to surgical reports, identifying at risk patients for various types of conditions, extracting context from patient feedback including social media that is linked to supplemental data to identify the very small percentage of feedback which needs immediate action, and identifying genetic and disease condition associations. The model however is flexible and answer any type of questions. The software achieves high model performance by using a proprietary graph database and various algorithms.
