They focus on fintech, insurance tech, and blockchain startups in Latin America, and global startups with Latin American tech teams that target the US market. Magma Partners has offices in California, Colombia, Mexico, and China, with its headquarters in Santiago, Chile. Since 2014, Magma Partners has invested in 38 companies across Chile, USA, Mexico,... Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Puerto Rico, and Costa Rica. They currently investing through their second fund, Magma Fund II, a US$15M fundraised from partners in Chile, the US, and China. Magma Partners also manages the Sino-Latin American accelerator, a program designed to help Chinese entrepreneurs do business in Latin America, and vice versa.
