KC Bier is a German-style beer brewed company that offers four rotating styles for winter, spring, summer, and fall. The Spezial Series focuses on less common German styles and on reinterpretations of German styles from an American craft brewer’s perspective. Many of the Spezial biers are produced year-round, while others are only available occasionally.
