NATA specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of high-purity electronic materials. Relying on the advantages of technology accumulation for more than 30 years, the company has successively conquered the industrialization of the whole series of MO source products of the national 863 plan, the R&D and industrialization of the national "02-special" high-purity electronic gas (arsine, phosphine), and the precursors of ALD/CVD. It has filled a number of domestic blanks, including many projects that have plagued our country for decades, such as the industrialization of the body. In 2017, NTU Optoelectronics undertook the R&D and industrialization project of 193nm photoresist material, one of the key core materials for integrated circuit chip manufacturing.
