Its application allows users to book a private jet and enables them to create a custom charter flight. JetSmarter has a strategic alliance with XOJET. Sergey Petrossov founded it in November 2012, with its headquarters in Fort Lauderdale in Florida and additional offices in New York City, Zurich in Switzerland, Moscow in the Russian Federation, Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, and Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
