ITALPIZZA

Italpizza is focusing in the artisanal production of high quality frozen pizzas. In 1998 Italpizza concentrated all its production activities in San Donnino (MO), in a factory of 5000 square meters. Since the early 2000s, Italpizza has been supporting important technological investments aimed at increasing production capacity while maintaining the traditional characteristics of Italian pizza: leavening of the dough for at least 24 hours, manual rolling and cooking in a wood oven.
