Istana Group is the one of the biggest property developers in Indonesia and growing. It is based in Bandung and has been developing various kinds of properties, mining, and environmental industries. Istana Group was established in Bandung, Indonesia in 1988 by two ambitious persons: Mr. Ginawan Chondro and Mr. Edi Sukamto Josana; which operated in the property industry until today. These two remarkable persons had joined hands together to create this company by strong relations with the same vision of life: to provide as many services as possible to the community through providing accomodation, facilities and other social responsibilities. They believe that by taking care of the communities, God will definitely trust them with even bigger responsibilities.
