Japan-based startup Hyakusenrenma Inc, maker of an online platform for private room reservations, has raised up to $13 million (¥1.4 billion) in a third round of funding backed by investment firms AID Partners Capital Holdings Limited, Keio Corp, and Cool Japan Fund Inc.
