Hemmer Alimentos is a Brazilian company headquartered in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, which produces and sells various canned foods. In 1915, the entrepreneur Heinrich Hemmer began to develop and market sauerkraut (sauerkraut). The raw material was cabbage, which he cultivated and transportation from the city by cart.
