The Company was founded in 2005 by Miloš Endrle. Geewa is an online and mobile games company based in Prague. It has two major lines of business: it develops and publishes casual competitive multiplayer games for mobile devices (phones, tablets) and browsers (such as Facebook games) and it powers a portal for mobile multiplayer online games. Geewa was awarded the Red Herring 100 Europe award in 2013.
