Gathered Foods produces plant-based products intended to provide an alternative to seafood and other plant-based proteins. Its plant-based seafood products are developed using a six-legume blend, including peas, chickpeas, lentils, soy, fava beans, and navy beans, and also seaweed, algae extract to create the umami flavor and natural taste without the use of dairy, gluten, or GMO, enabling consumers to enjoy seafood in a cruelty-free manner.
