FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

FSA contributes to strengthening an integrated framework for the functioning and supervision of non-bank financial markets, including consumer protection. FSA is the Romanian institution responsible for the authorization, regulation, supervision and control of entities in the Romanian non-banking financial markets such as insurance-reinsurance, financial instruments and investments and private pensions.
