Epitome Energy specializing in soybean crush biodiesel plant proposed for construction in their neighborhood. The company is a developer of value-added agricultural processing opportunities focusing on renewable energy and soybean processing opportunities in Minnesota. Currently, Epitome Energy is working with private and public partners to bring a 30-million gallon biodiesel plant and a 42-million bushel crushing facility to Crookston, Minn. The biodiesel plant is the private partnership in the public/private effort to build a Soy Innovation Campus, bringing value-added ag opportunities to northwestern Minnesota producers.
