Themis Oficial is Mexico's largest legal and tax information publisherThemis began its editorial production in 1979 with the publication of correlated books on tax, social security, and labor law, which has set the standard for editorial quality ever since. A videocassette with a commentary on Tax Reform was their first venture into the electronic field in 1986. Televisa collaborated with them on this production. The publisher gained market leadership in its field as a result of this innovation.
