ChatAt removes the above barricades by offering an open but moderate digital communication channel between people at the same location. ChatAt is a FREE messaging app, using ChatAt you can communicate with... people nearby even if they are not your contacts. When enabled you will be able to exchange digital content (messages, documents, images, links and contacts) with people at the same location (e.g. bar/restaurant/classroom/conference room) without any preconditions.
