CapitalSpring is a private investment firm providing loans and private equity to support the restaurant industry. The investment firm partners with management teams and operators to support acquisitions, new development, recapitalization, and other complex situations. CapitalSpring targets investments of $10M to $150M in uni-tranche/mezzanine debt, partnership equity, and other creative capital solutions. Its subsectors of interest include franchisees/franchisors, independent concepts, businesses serving the restaurant end-markets, and real estate opportunities. Co-founders Richard Fitzgerald and Christopher Unrath established the firm in Nashville, Tennessee.
