Its goal is to improve accessibility to lawyers where people can look at the profiles of individual lawyers, know their areas of expertise, hourly rates, which law school they went to and finally send a message to the lawyer to seek for legal advice or a quote for legal services. The company believes smaller businesses can be better protected if they have access to a wide range of legal templates like shareholders agreement, MOU, NDA, employment contracts, and privacy policy at a fraction of the usual cost. It is looking into areas where automation can significantly reduce the time to perform a certain legal process like e-signature and contract management.
