Boj helps companies define their culture values through assessments and consulting. Boj is a platform that extracts the company's top ten values through machine learning/data processing and qualifies a candidates values through fun and interactive games via mobile app/web portal and scores those values against a company's values. Each candidate that matches to the company's criteria will have a skill set score and a culture score. Instead of candidates applying for jobs, they swipe to accept or decline their matches.
