Incorporated in 2008 the Technology provider ayondo GmbH (Germany) became quickly an Important player in Europe, offered Retail clients a broad portfolio of Social Trading Services. Through various investment rounds a Holding structure has been established where the Key Asset and most valuable Revenue driver Social Trading unit was utilized as Eponym for the entire group. The most important milestone was reach... ed in 2017, as a Subsidiary of ayoundo GmbH got the first BaFin regulated Digital Asset Manager. ayondo markets Ltd. (former Gekko Markets) a London based sister entity acted as Execution venue. In March 2018 ayondo Ltd - a Singapore domiciled Shell was established as parent entity with the intention to IPO the group entities. Early 2019 due to a shortfall in regulatory capital ayondo markets Ltd became unbalanced and was acquired in a distress sale by BUX B.V. and later rebranded to BUX Markets Ltd. As collateral damage to the Break-up and a failed restructuring exercise of the Holding, the German Technology Unit had no other choice to file for insolvency. Due to the engagement of a few Key People it was possible to rescue ayondo's asset portfolio through a joint asset and share deal with the Insolvency administrator. Since 2019 RSQ Technology Ventures GmbH is the new beneficial owner of the Intellectual Property in terms of Technology, Brand, Domains, Customer database. RSQ has different business units. It manages its own IP-Licences portfolio, invest into distressed companies, act as startup builder and in case of failed business models it assists in restructuring companies. Even if RSQ is owner of the brand ayondo it has no relationship with ayondo's former parent Entity, the SGX stock listed ayondo Ltd. 'ayondo' continues as brand name for a unique Technology solutions and for a popular business concept. Amongst other projects RSQ is currently in progress to develop the new vision of Social Investing - a unique marketplace concept.
