In 2015, the Board of Directors of the old Alliance Semiconductor Corporation transformed the strategic direction of the Company to focus on business financing solutions. Renamed Alimco Financial Corporation the Company’s new strategy is based upon years of working with businesses that are either constrained by traditional commercial institutions or simply do not have access to capital.
