AirGo has developed the lightest long-range economy class seats in the aviation industry, 30% lighter than the closest competition in the market. AirGo has won multiple innovation awards (James Dyson, Red Herring, Deloitte, JEC, etc). Just to give you a hint, airline operating long-range narrow-bodied commercial aircraft such as A321XLR, B737MAX would save up to 2 tons’/aircraft, which can be converted to additional payload and/or longer flight range. All the design/functionalities/methodology has been patented (pending), while the in-house developed C-composite material is kept as a trade secret.
