Zeroshift Transmissions Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Jardines Group of Companies which acquired the Zeroshift technology and intellectual property rights in 2013. Under new management and ownership the Company has focused its activities on developing and maintaining the Zeroshift IP and patents worldwide and securing licence agreements for production and development with global OEMs. To date over Ā£15M has been invested in the āZā technology. Jardines Group activities include a retail chain of pharmaceutical outlets; finance; hotels; energy and wind farms and technology.
