The American Taekwondo Association's impeccable reputation is continuing to set standards throughout the martial arts industry. Our martial arts instruction consists of traditional Songahm Taekwondo forms, one step sparring, light contact sparring, self-defense and Protech weapons instruction. Programs are available for children (beginning at four years of age), teens and adults. ATA instruction is a balance of martial arts and the mental development of the students. Valuable life skills such as confidence, positive attitude, goal setting, self-respect as well as others, self esteem, focus, discipline and integrity are an integral part of the instructional curriculum.More
