We bring customers to life, making their needs and desires more explicit. We have developed a new metric called Desirability. It measures how people interact with products and services. Desirability looks at emotional engagement, utility, usability and other factors of the choosing and using experience. The voice of the consumer is paramount. We’ve created a new shorthand that helps people say what really matters, and makes sure it’s heard.
