Wizards of Wiki was founded in 2011 by Mark Bray, after he provided private Wikipedia Consultancy to businesses for a number of years. Bray currently acts as the Managing Director for Wizards of Wiki. After Wizards of Wiki was founded in 2011, it grew quickly with them working on a variety of projects. As the company began to develop, they carefully ensured that their offerings and services were ethical as they didn't want themselves or their clients to be criticised for unethical Wikipedia practices. Their editing services and creation services are described as 'fast tracking' services, allowing clients to outsource work at an affordable rate rather than carrying the work out themselves. Their ethical stance stipulates they will not break their ethical practices. In 2013, Wizards of Wiki moved the majority of its operations to London in order to be closer to the major PR companies in the UK.
