Additionally, all of their fiber connections are connected to the internet. Their services are monitored from a separate data center. Each connection and piece of equipment is continually monitored in their office. This monitoring system alerts them immediately to any unexpected malfunctions. They are notified by SMS, e-mail, and telephone.
