A new management team is leveraging the WWN brand, story and character archive to develop entertainment programming. We recently secured an agreement with a major Hollywood studio for a TV series based on one of our characters, and we have several other TV & film projects in development. In addition, we have a metaverse environment in development that will launch this summer on The Sandbox. We are working to build entertainment revenues and exposure that allow us to expand awareness , traffic and other monetization for all of our content, our growing base of licensees and for our advertising and promotion capabilities. In just two years, with internal funding, we have made significant progress and will look to capitalize on this later this year via external funding for our own WWN Studios Productions and drive our other revenue sources.More
