Washburn Institute of Technology (WIT) is exceptional among vocational schools in the range of services that it offers. WIT’s technical programs are short-term courses that result in a diploma. Additionally, all of WIT’s career training programs are eligible for federal financial aid, including VA benefits. You can choose from dozens of courses, including sewing, welding and Microsoft Office applications. Admissions at Washburn Institute of Technology is open to anyone who shows the ability to benefit. Enrollment in technical programs is contingent upon passing an admissions test. You must also participate in an on-campus interview.
