Virtua Capital Management oversees the capital formation functions, investor administration, and securities compliance for Virtua Partners. It also oversees fund structuring, fund accounting, fund administration, offering materials generation, marketing collateral, fund marketing, issuer sales for the investment funds, and building and maintaining investor relations domestically and abroad. VCM generates revenue through investment management agreements with the funds under management. Management fees are dependent on the volume of assets under management.
